1-EXCHANGE: gold jewellery purchase to from diya gold and diamonds can be exchanged at any of its outlets in India.
WITHIN 15 DAYS India outlets; gold jewellery purchased from diya gold and diamond outlets in India can be exchanged within 15 days from the invoice date without any loss in gold weight and making charge, provided the jewellery is in its original condition.Only one such exchange will be permitted against an invoice 2-CASH BUY BACK:In case of cash buy back,standard rate deduction is applicable on the prevailing gold price
DIAMOND AND PRECIOUS GEM JEWELLERY:
1-EXCHNAGE:Within 15 days; Diamond and precious Gem jewellery purchased from diya gold and diamond outlets in India can be exchanged within 15 days from the invoice date against diamond and precious gem jewellery without any loss in value.Only one such exchange will be permitted against an invoice. After 15 days against diamond and precious gem jewellery, in the case of exchange with diamond and precious gem jewellery after 15 days price calculation for the returning item will be either(a) 75% of the total invoice value or (b) 100% of the prevailing gold price + 75% of prevailing diamond price, whichever (a or b) is higher Against Gold Jewellery: In the case of exchange against gold jewellery, the valuation of returning stock would be either(a)60% of the total invoice value or (b) 95% of the prevailing gold value + 60% of the prevailing diamond price, whichever (a or b) is higher.
2-CASH BUY BACK: policy for exchange against gold jewellery after 15 days applies (given above).
3-QUALITY CHECK: All exchange or buybacks will be subject to a quality check by our QC department or by a certified laboratory as required
GENERAL
1. LIFE TIME MAINTENANCE: Diya gold and diamonds will provide free life time maintenance and repair of ornaments in India. Any
replacement of stones or additional of gold will be charged.No charges will be levied for any manufacturing defect.
2-OFFERS AND PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS: Standard exchange and cashback policies will not be applicable to promotional products or products sold on special offer.
3-REFUND OF CASH ADVANCE: Refund of cash advances are subject to management decision based on the expenses incurred by the company against this order.
4-PROOF OF PURCHASE: All exchange will be applicable only on submission of the original invoice for gold.And the original invoice and certificate for diamond.
5-CUSTPMERS ORDER: All customers orders should be collected within 3 months from the date of delivery mentioned in the voucher. original voucher is to be produced for collecting the order.
6-RETURN OF GIFTS: Any gift issued at the time purchase should be returned at the time of return or exchange of the product or the value of the gift will be deducted accordingly.
7-TAXES AND DUTIES: As applicable based on local laws however, in case of exchange after 15 days such cost will be borne by the customer.
8-DISCRETION OF RIGHTS: Diya gold and diamnod reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
